1. General Terms and Conditions

We understand that purchasing a luxury vehicle is a significant decision, and we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, certain conditions apply to returns and refunds. This policy is in place to protect both you and our business.

  • All vehicle sales are considered final upon completion of the transaction, unless otherwise specified in this policy.
  • We offer returns and refunds only under specific circumstances, as outlined below.
  • Our return and refund policy applies only to vehicles purchased directly through our dealership and does not cover third-party transactions or purchases made outside of our authorized channels.

2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for vehicles under the following conditions:

  • Defective or Damaged Vehicles: If the vehicle is found to be defective or damaged at the time of delivery, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the vehicle. We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost, or provide a full refund if a replacement or repair is not feasible.

  • Incorrect Vehicle Delivered: If we deliver the wrong vehicle (different make, model, color, or specifications), you are eligible to return the vehicle for a full refund or exchange it for the correct one. This must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

  • Vehicle Does Not Meet Specifications: If the vehicle does not meet the specifications as outlined in the sales contract (e.g., mileage, features), you may request a return or exchange. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Unforeseen Circumstances: In cases where you experience a sudden change in personal circumstances (e.g., relocation, financial hardship) that prevent you from keeping the vehicle, we may offer a return option, subject to approval. Please contact our customer service team for consideration. Note that a restocking fee may apply.

3. Non-Returnable Vehicles

The following vehicles are non-returnable:

  • Vehicles that have been customized or modified according to the customer’s specifications after purchase.
  • Vehicles that have been driven or used beyond reasonable testing (e.g., excessive mileage or damage).
  • Vehicles purchased through special offers, promotions, or non-refundable sales events.
  • Vehicles that have been registered or titled in the customer’s name.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    • Order number
    • Vehicle details (make, model, VIN)
    • Reason for the return

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is reviewed, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide you with instructions for returning the vehicle.

  3. Vehicle Inspection: Upon receiving the returned vehicle, we will inspect it for any damage or modifications. Any damage not caused by the company may result in deductions from the refund amount.

  4. Refund Processing: If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that a restocking fee may apply depending on the condition of the vehicle and the circumstances of the return.

  5. Shipping and Handling Fees: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect vehicle delivered by us. Any shipping, handling, or delivery fees incurred during the original transaction are non-refundable.

5. Refunds and Payment Methods

  • Refunds for Approved Returns: Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used at the time of purchase. If the payment was made via financing, the refund will be credited toward the loan balance.

  • Partial Refunds: If the vehicle is returned in a condition that is not suitable for resale, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund, deducting the cost of repairs or damages from the refund amount.

  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 5% of the vehicle’s purchase price may be charged for any vehicle return, unless the return is due to a defect, error, or damage caused by us.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered for vehicles that meet our return eligibility criteria. If you would prefer to exchange your vehicle for a different make, model, or color, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability, and any price difference will be settled at the time of the exchange.

7. Special Considerations

  • Lease or Financing Returns: If you purchased a vehicle through financing or leasing, you may need to contact the financing company directly to discuss the return process. Please consult your financing agreement for specific terms regarding returns and cancellations.

  • Third-Party Warranty: If your vehicle includes an extended warranty from a third-party provider, it may be subject to their terms and conditions for returns or claims. Please review your warranty documentation carefully.

  • No Returns After 7 Days: Returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery or pickup. After this period, all sales are final. We encourage you to thoroughly inspect your vehicle upon receipt to ensure it meets your expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

Drip Citeino will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or return of a vehicle, including but not limited to loss of income, inconvenience, or transportation expenses.
