Returns:
- You have 30 days from the date of receiving your product to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Items that are damaged, altered, or used cannot be returned, unless the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly.

Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges:
- If you would prefer to exchange your product for another item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Exchanges will only be processed if the returned item is in its original, unused condition.
